Single Cell
Hieff NGS® Single Cell/Low Input RNA Library Prep Kit
Hieff NGS® Single Cell/Low Input RNA Library Prep Kit is compatible with both Illumina® and MGI® platforms, and can be used to construct sequencing libraries for 1~1000 cells or 10 pg~10 ng of total RNA. This kit can synthesize full-length cDNA, complete the enrichment of full-length cDNA, and then perform enzyme digestion library construction on the obtained full-length cDNA amplification products. Compared with traditional library construction methods, this product uses high-quality fragmentation enzymes, simplifies the operation process, and combines the fragmentation module with the end repair module, which greatly reduces the time and cost of library construction, and is used to analyze genetic regulation information such as gene expression differences, alternative splicing, and fusion genes.
Packaging size: 8T, 24T, 96T
Advantages:
- More full-length transcriptome amplification products can be obtained
- Compared to other transposase library construction method, the enzyme digestion method library construction module can reduce 1-2 amplification cycles; Can also achieve the same or higher library yield
UCF.ME™ High Affinity RNase Inhibitor (40 U/μL) - 14675ES
UCF.ME™ High Affinity RNase Inhibitor (40 U/μL) is a recombinant RNase inhibitor expressed in E. coli. It specifically inhibits the activity of RNases A, B and C through binding noncovalently in a 1:1 ratio with high affinity.
The host nucleic acid residue of UCF.ME™ High Affinity RNase Inhibitor (40 U/μL) is lower with the purification process specially developed by YEASEN, which is suitable for application with more stringent requirements on background bacteria, such as pathogen microorganism detection. Packaging size: 2 KU, 20 KU and 100 KU Applications: - Single-Cell Library Preparation - RT-qPCR

Specifications:
- Source: Recombinant E. coli with RNase Inhibitor gene
- Storage buffer: 20mM Hepes-KOH, 150mM KCl,8mM DTT,50%Glycerol,pH7.5±0.2@25℃
- Unit definition: The required amount of RNase Inhibitor to inhibit 50% activity of 5-ng RNase A is defined as one unit. The activity of RNase A is measured by hydrolyzing of cyclic 2', 3'-CMP to generate 3'-CMP
UCF.ME™ Murine RNase inhibitor (40 U/μL) - 14672ES
Murine RNase Inhibitor is purified from a recombinant strain of E. coli in a soluble form. It specifically inhibits the activity of RNases A, B and C through binding noncovalently in a 1:1 ratio with high affinity. This product can be compatible with Hifair™ V Reverse Transcriptase and various DNA polymerases verified by RT-PCR and RT-qPCR. Recombinant murine RNase inhibitor does not contain 2 oxidation-sensitive cysteine which are contained in human-origin RNase inhibitor. Therefore, Murine RNase inhibitor has high anti-oxidation activity and is more stable for low DTT experiments (< 1mmol/L), such as qPCR.
Compared with Murine RNase Inhibitor (40 U/µL) (Cat#10603ES), The host nucleic acid residue of UCF.ME™ Murine RNase Inhibitor (40 U/µL) is lower, which is suitable for application with more stringent requirements on background bacteria, such as pathogen detection. Packaging size: 10 KU, 20 KU and 40 KU
