Precast Protein Plus Gel, 4-20%, 10 wells, Hepes-Tris, 10 well - 36250ES
Precast Protein Plus Gel series adopt HEPES-Tris buffer system, which has the advantage of excellent separation effect and greatly shortens the electrophoresis time. The Precast Protein Gel plate is made of plastic, and the special perfusion technology can ensure the stability and consistency of strip distribution between batches of Precast Protein Gel, and the electrophoresis effect is stable. The height of the stacking gel is 1.5 cm, the gradient concentration is 4-12% and 4-20%, and the fixed concentration is 8%, 10%, 12%, and 15%. The number of sample loading wells of each concentration gel is 10 and 15, respectively. The maximum sample loading is 70 μL for 10 wells, and 40 μL for 15 wells. This series of gels do not contain SDS and can be used for both natural and denatured protein electrophoresis. When used for natural protein electrophoresis, only the protein with an isoelectric point less than 7 can be separated. The electrophoresis solution must be matched with the electrophoresis solution.

MiniPro™ PET 4 Vertical Electrophoresis Cell is used to run pre-casting gel and hand-casting gel, at most 4 pieces of gels are available simultaneously. Components:

Gold Band Plus 3-color Regular Range Protein Marker (8-180 kDa) - 20350ES
This product consists of 10 highly purified and prestained proteins ranging in molecular weight from 8 kDa to 180 kDa (8,17,25,33,43,55,72,100,130,180kDa), among them, 72 kDa is orange band, 8 kDa is green band. The labeled apparent molecular weight was calibrated by the molecular weight Marker of standard non-prestained proteins. Using this product, the state of protein electrophoresis and the effect of membrane transfer can be dynamically observed. After SDS-PAGE electrophoresis, the color bands were transferred to PVDF membrane and NC membrane. This product is conveniently packaged and is a ready-to-use product, do not heat, dilute or add reducing agents!After the prestained protein is combined with the dye, the molecular weight will change in the gel of different concentrations. Commassie Blue Fast Stain Solution (8 mins) - 20309ES
The Coomassie brilliant blue staining method is often used in the laboratory to stain the isolated proteins on the gel. It not only overcomes the limitation of the low sensitivity of amino black staining, but also is easier to operate than silver staining. Coomassie brilliant blue is widely available in G250 and R250. Coomassie brilliant blue G250 is often used in the determination of protein content because of its rapid binding reaction with protein. Coomassie brilliant blue R250 reacts slowly with proteins, but can be eluted off, so it can be used to stain electrophoresis bands.This product is designed based on the Coomassie brilliant blue staining method for protein staining.
