Hieff NGSTM OnePot Pro DNA Library Prep Kit V3 is a new generation enzymatic fragmentation-based library prep kitspecially developed and designed for Illumina &MGI sequencing platform. Compared to traditional library construction methods, this product employs high-quality fragmentation enzymes, eliminating the cumbersome ultrasonic process. It simplifies the operation by combining the fragmentation and end-repair modules into one. Additionally, the enzymes and buffer for the ligation module are pre-mixed, significantly reducing the time and cost of library construction. This makes it more suitable for automated library construction.. This library prep kit has an excellent library conversion rate and is applicable for samples from all common animals, plants, microorganisms, etc., and also the FFPE samples. Hieff NGSTM DNA Library Prep Kit is a new generation library construction kit specially developed and designed for Illumina® &MGI® sequencing platform. On the basis of the previous generation of library construction kit, this product exhibits higher efficiency in end repair, dA-tailing, and adapter ligation than the previous versions. The high-fidelity enzyme significantly improves the uniformity and fidelity of amplification. The kit is compatible with most DNA sample types, including standard genomic DNA from animals/plants/microorganisms, FFPE samples, cfDNA, and ChIP DNA.

Hieff NGSTM EvoMax RNA Library Prep Kit (dUTP) is a premixed, actinomycin D free and strand-specific total RNA sequencing library prep kit compatible with Illumina and MGI platforms. This product is available in two types: tube or sealing kit, and this kit is more convenient whether by Automated Liquid Handling Device or manual manipulation . The kit contains RNA fragmentation reagents, reverse transcription reagents, strand-specific ds-cDNA synthesis reagents, and library amplification reagents. It can be linked with the mRNA purification kit or the rRNA removal kit to do mRNA or lncRNA research. This product optimizes the reverse transcription module to obtain a high chain specificity library without actinomycin D, which ensures the safety of the experimenters to a greater extent. All reagents were subjected to strict quality control and functional validation to maximize the stability and repeatability of the library preparation.

Hieff NGS™ Ultima Dual-mode RNA Library Prep Kit - 12308ES
Hieff NGS™ Ultima Dual-mode RNA Library Prep Kit is a total RNA sequencing library construction kit for the Illumina® and MGI® sequencing platform, including RNA fragmentation reagents, reverse transcription reagents, conventional and strand-specific ds-cDNA synthesis reagents, and library amplification reagents. The sequencing library can be constructed followed by the mRNA purification kit or rRNA removal kit. The two-strand synthesis module is equipped with two buffers to meet the need for a conventional library or strand-specific library. Among them, dTTP is replaced with dUTP in the strand-specific two-strand synthesis Buffer, so dUTP can be added to the second strand of cDNA. The high-fidelity DNA polymerase used in this kit cannot amplify the DNA template containing uracil, achieving strand specificity. All reagents provided have undergone strict quality control and functional verification, ensuring the stability and reproducibility of library construction to the greatest extent.

Hieff NGS® DNA&RNA Library Co-Prep Kit V2 is a DNA&RNA co-library kit for Illumina®&MGI® sequencing platform, which contains efficient cDNA synthesis reagent and enzyme digestion reagent. Compared with the traditional library construction method, this product can efficiently complete cDNA synthesis and DNA&RNA library construction in one tube.The kit contains high quality enzyme for DNA fragmentation and combines DNA fragmentation, end-repair, and dA-tailing into one step, which reduce time significantly and cost of library preparation. Hieff NGS™ MaxUp Human rRNA Depletion Kit (rRNA & ITS/ETS) is designed to remove rRNA and 45S ITS/ETS from human, mouse and rat total RNA based on RNase H-based workflow and to retain mRNA and other non-coding RNA. This kit is suitable for both intact and partially degraded RNA samples (e.g., FFPE RNA). Since degraded FFPE samples usually contain a higher proportion of ITS/ETS than fresh tissue samples, this kit adds probes in the Human 45S ITS/ETS region, and ITS removal can significantly increase the proportion of valid data in raw data.

Globin mRNA Depletion Probe (Human) - 12806ES
Globin mRNA Depletion Probe (Human) is designed to remove human Globin mRNA. It can effectively remove Globin mRNA from adult, infant and embryonic sources, including HBA1/2, HBB, HBD, HBM, HBG1/2, HBE1, HBQ1 and HBZ. This product is used with Hieff NGSTM MaxUp rRNA Depletion Kit (Human/Mouse/Rat) (Yeasen#12253) to effectively remove rRNA and Globin mRNA from total RNA.
